Floor plan with dimensions (sketch is fine)

 

 

As many photos of the room as you can provide- including flat wall shots of elevations to be rendered – (I can incorporate actual exterior view and views into other rooms if provided)

 

 

Furniture images and sizes including vendor if possible 

 

 

Fabric images including vendor if possible

 

 

Flooring choices and examples or picts including existing floor color if kept

 

 

Paint colors/wallpaper/wall treatment etc.- examples are helpful!

 

 

Artwork, wall treatments and accessories if available

 

 

You can tell me to add things like a fern to a corner or a tray with wine on an ottoman-
